Xin’s Studio is an online community that provides college students and professionals who plan to pursue further education with multiple learning resources. We offer online courses, personal guidance, discussion groups, and networking events.

We give every young individual opportunities to get latest education information and learn how others prepare their educational and career plans. Through Xin’s Studio, everyone can build your own personal academic and professional networks.​

2. Can I participate the online programs, participate activities, and book a personal service as a guest?​​

No, you must register as our member at first. Then, you can join in any session in Xin's Studio.

3. How to register as a member in Xin's Studio?​

If you did not register as a member before, just click on the "Personal Account" icon on the top of the right and register as a membership.

4. Who can contribute to the Blogs?​

Generally, our working staffs, tutors, advisors, and other professionals contribute to our Blogs. Also, member students and their parents are encouraged to contribute to our blogs to share their personal academic and professional experiences.

5. What topics can be included in the Blogs?​

We focus on but not limited to graduate school application, standardized test preparations, career-planning, employment preparations in different industries, and work-life balance.​

6. If I were a member in Xin's studio, can I follow other members?​

Since we are a online community, the main difference among us with other educational agents is that we are always trying to build a platform for students learning from each other. Yes, you are encouraged to follow any member in Xin's Studio.

7. Can my friends or my partners use my membership in Xin's Studio?​

Only the members themselves can use the membership to participate in our sessions. If they want to participate in the services, the member can recommend your friends and partners as the new member and we will give the reference fee to them.

8. How do the students join in online programs in Xin's Studio?​

Before you decide to join in the courses, you may send the request to us. In general, our client manager will contact you once you sent the request. Then, we will approve your request and let you in the program.​

Activities​
​
9. What activities will be included in Xin's Studio Activities session?​

We classified "Activities" as "Events" and "Group Talks".

 

Our events will include in-person and online lectures, salons, and workshops. Our advisors, tutors, and professional often hold these events. If our students members would like to hold events, we will provide support.

​

We have multiple group discussions in various topics in "Group Talks", and we encouraged students to organize talks in the educational topics they are interested in. Our advisors will also organize group talks and join in multiple group talks and give professional guidance in academics and employment.

10. How do members organize activities such as "Events" and "Group Talks"?

As for the Group Talks, you may apply in the "Group Talks" session with your topics. Your talks would be appear once we approved your application.

If you plan to hold events, you may contact our client manager at first through e-mail with your name, event themes, event forms(in-person or online). Then, we will have the further contact with you and determine your events plan.

Billing & Personal Accounts

11. Where do I see the billing information?

You will receive the invoices and other billing information if you purchase our services.​

12. Can I upgrade my account information?

You could upgrade your information any time.​

​

13. Membership Cancellations and Terminations

If you hope to terminate or cancel your membership, you could send your request through e-mail. Generally, you may keep your membership at least one year.​

14. Can I cancel the booked services and return the service fees?

You could cancel or reschedule your services before 24 hours.

15. Can I drop out the program I currently enrolled in? Can I change my course plan if my schedule does not work well?

Yes, before you decide change the program, you should contact our representative at first and tell them your sought.
